They put up a sign and no passing strip
My opinion is you could start to pass up to that point
I hardly ever do that unless it is a real slow driver I'm passing and know it won't take long.Lot has to do what I'm driving to.
Now my passenger will see the sign 1\4 mile up the road and tell me I can't pass.
I don't argue the point with passenger
I did Google it
