I believe it was from Kankakee, IL. Granted, it’s just one person’s question from one place in IL, so take everything with a grain of salt.
It still has its round leaf, so I wouldn’t be too concerned.
Dry conditions (well below plant needs, not dry compared to 40”+ annual rainfall and tiles running 90% of the growing season) just don’t happen that much in certain areas of the belt.
