Central IL | I know of one that was cut with a circular saw along with unbolting some sheets. Made cuts similar to felling a tree. Two cuts for a notch on one side in direction of fall and one back cut. Not sure how much he left for holding but used a long reach excavator and pushed near the top. It was a 20 foot diameter by 40 tall. Once on the ground they flattened it with a 40k excavator and rolled it up like a cinnamon roll. He could just barely pick and move it with the hoe once it was all crushed.
