jackson county WI | I would speak with the owner and the current tenant. After this years crop if the current tenant is not willing to let it go and wants to put up a fight, I would put it in the owners lap and let him deal with the tenant.
I have had this happen both ways. I had no problem letting the new owner take possession the next crop year. Likewise the same was done for me on a piece I purchased. But things-people change it can be a dog eat dog world too. | |
