NeMO | Yes. But we're talking about 5 days that are forecast for near normal precipitation. So by your theory all 5k Sq miles that are in near normal precipitation will get half to 3/4" of an inch of rain during that time frame because that's what the avg is? When it come to avg summer rainfall it is a mean of the extremes. Rarely is it spaced out and distributed beneficially over space and time
