It was the forecast that came out that weekend that got the market attention heading into pollination. Today the forecast is turning cooler and wetter and plants are at a stage where water uptake is minimal.
Crude oil was $85-90. US Dollar was 80. Safrina corn was significantly less.
There are other factors on the price of corn other than supply.
