NW Iowa | Been fighting this for quite a while. Baler goes into wrap mode as it should and starts wrapping. Wrapping symbol remains on the screen and does not go away. Baler does not disengage the wrap cycle. I have to go into diagnostic mode channel 18 to manually actuate the electric actuator, thereby disengaging wrap mode. It does this randomly, but moreso on hot days.
Ag express has rebuilt my Bale-Trak Plus monitor twice now. I have replaced the electric wrap actuator. Wiring harness looks good, tests good. I have replaced relays and fuses inside monitor a couple times too. Baler harness pulls 13.3 volts while wrapping and 14.4 while at standby. New batteries in tractor, good alternator. I have large wires going directly to the batteries to power the monitor. Has anyone had this problem ?
Thank You
