Both. I NEVER use them. I certainly wouldn't make a recommendation to others that I don't follow myself.
Easy and quick way to lose 10-15 cents is to put a sell stop that much below your purchase price.
But, everyone must make their own decisions. I simply inform what has and hasn't worked for me or ones I know.
