Kolorado | Being from SWKS, I have been to Dodge City a zillion times, but never really checked out the museum or boothill.
That said, i'm still not sure if Dodge is even worth the drive or time over other stuff in the area or state? Museum or maybe Fort Dodge? Boothill is just a tourist trap. And yes there's feedlots, but there's hundreds of other lots in the area.
I'd probably put Liberal and the air museum ahead of Dodge, and as mentioned Hutch has the mine stuff and Cosmosphere. Greensburg has the hand dug well which isn't anything to get excited about, but maybe neat to see how the town got rebuilt after being wiped out. | |
