Fairbury, NE (Southeast) | We helped the hog guys and had a pork butt on the smoker for a little under 8 hours. It was absolutely fantastic, and can't wait to do it again for Independence day.
We did do our part beef wise and had prime rib at Milligan Nebraska, Saturday night. It was pretty quiet in there but the meat was on point.
Here's to above normal rain in June and July, its all hedged so crash that puppy to the ground. (well some is)
