Subject: Surestart sprayed, field underwater

We had a massive flood this spring and I had part of a corn field underwater for 1-2 weeks. Some of it was 2+ feet underwater. We probably won't be able to replant to corn for another week.
The field was sprayed with Surestart prior to planting almost a month ago. Is there any action left in the surestart at this point -- would there be enough to plant to beans?
