Youtube might be your friend to help get it going in a pinch but an owners manual is what you need in the future. Maybe get on ebay to find a manual. Manuals are out there. I easily found a namual for our old 14T Deere at a swap meet. Deere and New Holland were the king back then so more used manuals are available for those two brands now but in local areas a lot of Olivers were sold too.

edit; There is a manual for a 60-w listed on Ebay. I wish I knew how to post the link.
