| If you unplug the connection at the front corner of the engine going to the viscous drive it should go to a full speed/roaring condition. Mine would speed up but was weak. After removing it, I could see it had a small amount of oil residue and dust stuck to it. I thought I had coolers pretty clean and after the fan was removed it was easy to see daylight through the coolers out the front of the tractor. New fan clutch with unplugged harness was easy to hear, much more air flow. It is not a bad job at all to swap out. | |
