I drill in 15inch rows and set drill for 140,000. Jd no-till drills are called controlled spill for a reason and a lot of times get more seed on than that. Last year we lived rain to rain until it shut off in August and the beans weren't very good. Right or wrong, this year I cut it back and got on 120,000 thinking less plants will require less water. If it doesn't get to raining any more than it has so far, it's not going to make much difference.
