The drought is Not over in Kansas, not by a long shot. These maps suck to be honest. There have been a few areas that got good rain and really needed it. But to say the drought is over is mind boggling! I'm not going to have any wheat to harvest, none. But I still can't plant Milo because it won't come up, and by the way, if I go off that map I have nothing to complain about.
Will this move the needle?
