I always figured they could be counted on to over tighten the filter and oil plug to the point of stripping the plug threads occasionally, but recently my niece had them leave the plug loose. She was lucky that she smelled oil on hot exhaust pipe and went to a shop and had it checked.
There’s no such thing as idiot proof. There’s always a lower grade of idiot out there that can find a way around any safeguards and procedure designed to head them off. | |
