Overfull for eight miles, I bet it started pushing oil into the intake manifold and fouling the plugs. If I did it myself, I'd remove the extra oil and see how it runs after an hour. Maybe change the plugs then. I doubt there's crank damage, at least that's not what was causing the issues.

Call them immediately and get video of it running also.
