I feel for the people in the Western Great Plains,
Too dry there to grow anything.

Most years,
We have serious issues with too much water,
Especially for growing wheat.
Numerous Rust issues.
Septoria leaf blight.
Septoria glum blotch.
Fusarium head blight. 
Some years we only have 48 hours to do any planting in May.
Some years April is like this.
Some years April and May are like this.
