Bluffton, Ohio | As poster said above. Take a good look at seed tube and where eye is mounted to tube. A seed tube is not tested on a test stand. We number and keep components together. We have had seed disc go bad. Cannot really tell by looking at them.
Not sure if you got a 20/20 monitor, but if you do you should be able to move components to a different row and see if the problems stays with that row or moves to the row you put the component on to narrow down what the issue is.
Taking them to a precision dealer that can test esets and having them run on their test stand would be a good idea. I think they have more of a vested interest in seeing their product work correctly.
