Eastern Washington State		I'm running 13.0 and so far it seems fine. They fixed some of the little interface errors that 12.40 had, though there seems to be a couple new ones.

AFAIK you can't go back to 12.2 from 12.40. There is a version 12.25 though thats just like 12.20 but you can downgrade to it from 12.40 if you need.
