Morgan Co. Illinois | Didn't want to hijack the rotary hoeing thread below but have a good story for Dr. Gruver. Had a new young guy start in agronomy sales at the local retailer late last summer. when he brought my corn post products a few weeks ago I asked him a question about the post bean chems and of course prefaced the question with " The boys on Agtalk say". He chuckled and said "Agtalk. I went to Western and we had a professor who would post on Agtalk all the time. A few of us got on there and made up fake profiles and would argue with him about his posts. He'd get so mad." I laughed and asked him did you ever tell him what you guys did? He just smiled and said "No". I won't say his name but you taught him well. | |
