Thank your citiot neighbors for that situation. Dipwad druggies are now adding xylazine to their opioids for that extra kick. Guess fentanyl just wasn’t doing it anymore for em. On a positive note, narcan does not reverse the effects of xylazine so Darwinism should start taking care of the issue in a few years.

Unfortunately for livestock producers, every time someone does something stupid with animal drugs (aka ketamine) we get punished and have to jump through more hoops.
