Those are aggravating. I also hate the ones where the lid wont pull the spout out, and the seal wont, and a pair of pliers wont, and two pairs of pliers wont. By then there isnt enough spout left to pull out anyways so just take the lid off and poor sloooooooowly and watch the pieces of spout go in the funnel.
