nc ks | I guess i've never heard some one say that. The nrcs is basically do you want to receive farm subsidies in exchange for not destroying this wetland. Wotus was basically at any time you could lose basically all control of your land. It was a big step towards totalitarian government similar to deciding who could operate their business during covid. I hope most people understand what the difference is and what is at stake.
Most farmers anyway. Most of the public apparently didn't see a problem during covid.
