nc ks | I don't think anybody equated wotus with nrcs. This wasn't about modifying farm ground. That wetland rule has been in place since the 80's? This was about being able to use your land for the use you desire since it is your land and keeping some career government flunky type from effectively taking your land. We owe a big debt of gratitude to that couple that took the case this far.
I don't have any grand illusions that the totalitarian greenies are going to go away because of this, but it at least will make their power sucking quest more difficult in the near term.
