| I am one of the fortunate few that have one an appeal in my area. I could rant for several minutes about the lies the nrcs official stated to the hearing judge. I had pictorial and written proof to counteract his bs which I truly believe is the only reason I won. Sadly my appeal resulted in farmed wetland status which still partially limits any improvements I can make. Nazi if an understatement. Totally disgusting process | |
