Kinde, MI | I find this very interesting as I just had the rep out last week for a determination on a piece I want to clear. 0.6 acres from a 2.2 acre tract was identified as wetland and she stated they look for 3 identifiers to qualify. Soil type, plants and water. This parcel is clearly not connected to any body of water/river, so we will see how this plays out when they give me a response. | |
