| The paperwork shows it’s a work injury I believe. I was out of it and wife filled it out. She gave them our insurance card in the process and we’ve had a mess of getting that straightened out, because we didn’t have a workers comp claim number at the ER they wanted something.
A week later I had an emergency surgery and we had a claim number by then, but the surgery center doesn’t take workers comp, that’s most the bills I paid out of pocket and keep getting late notices for what they didn’t ask me to pay up front on. They sent me an RX card at some point, but by then I already had all the meds bought and in use. I think the hospital has the initial visit straight and is trying to get their money from workers comp and not me because I’m not getting stuff from them.
Thinking back to some of the questions I’ve been asked it concerns me. They have asked if I had anyone witness the incident and stuff and I did not. I was working alone. | |
