Just finished 15-48 Brock bin last week in my farm. Does have eave vents and everything you asked for plus a cornado spreader. Very impressed with bin but time will tell. Total turnkey except power to the 3 motors for a tick under 2 bucks a bushel. That was early Jan order paying May 1st
