Some Teslas have adaptive air suspension and wouldn't hunker down like that. Suspension will also raise when approaching driveways that need extra clearance and also when you park and want to exit the car without it feeling like you are picking yourself off the floor. The Model Y in the picture is not so equipped, so it hunkers down when load is placed on the hitch.
