How would one steal if it scans all the items in your bag as you walk out?
Sounds to me like it could cut down on theft by a ton.
Have your own ink printed up to your prices/ alters expensive items to cheap items.
Have a bag the scanner can’t read through.
I’m sure these obvious things have been thought through somewhat.
Another 98 ways to beat the system, just have to find one that works and you have a few weeks to steal until they find a way to beat your system.
On the other side of the coin, if you go shop in 3 different stores, how does it know you paid for the previous items already, only the new items from this store get charged? Getting that right has to cost some bucks for the stores.
