I guess no one is "lactose intolerant". https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/digestive-diseases/lact... way to get around lactose intolerance is to drink it raw.  Better yet, A2A2 raw milk.   People aren't intolerant to milk, it's intolerance to the adulterating it by pasteurizing and homogenizing.
