Using heavy cream so thick it glues the breakfast cereal together would be a heavenly way to start the day but my arteries would plug up. At least I would die happy.
The claim that cream is bad for your heart is bunk. The best research now actually says that milk fat consumption has no effect either way on obesity, but has a generally slightly beneficial effect on rates of obesity related diseases like heart disease and diabetes.
We run through 1 1/2 gallons in 2-3 days with 3 people drinking it. I have 1 and sometimes 2 pints as hot chocolate every morning.
