SW Ohio | Grew up on a jersey dairy, sure used to drink a lot, would bring a gallon jug in from the barn every day. Now that the cows are gone I still try to get at least one big glass full every day but have switched to 2%(dropped 30# when the cows left!). I know a lot of females that would benefit from greater calcium intake especially later in life, no good tasty substitute for milk, oh , and by the way, that nut juice or oatmeal liquid is NOT milk. | |
