nc ks | ag related ppp was a small drop in the bucket when you factor in what small town main street got and what corporate america/elite fine arts/politicians/famous people got. I say cut all subsidies for ag, let the chips fall where they may. You just let the cat out of the bag. The check might be in the farmer's name but the teamsters union or whoever runs deere or cat or agco might have a bigger beef than the farmer about discontinuing farm welfare. Not to mention the local dealers of all persuasions, parts houses, short line mfg, welding fab shops, seed company employees, .......schools, state and local governments......the list goes on and on really. The good old farmer has to be pretty savvy to save much of that welfare for himself. End it please. I don't think the farmer will be as bad off as some think. Maybe there are a lot more of the economy suckling the farmer than most think?
