Lower Indiana Hill Country | Old school charting philosophy. Charts really only tell where we have been and since history is repetitive, we can somewhat look forward.
Some time tested charting techniques applied to this analysis. 1. Corn trades in $1.44 bands and 2. Corn has About a 62 month +/- Cycle low to low (trend inflection points) and 3. Each cycle mirrors the previous cycle.
Observations.
October 2005 major low. Since then Nov 2011, Aug 2016, and Aug 2021. ? Next major low fall of 2026?
July corn does not spend much time in the band between 4.32 and 5.76.
The red 1 mark is February for crop insurance pricing.
