Wisconsin | The cob won't do any good for the chickens, I don't know if you could grind it coarse enough that they'd avoid the cob, I'd think it would cause waste or poor performance. Once they're big enough, you could feed them whole cob corn and free choice soybean meal if they are grazing, otherwise you'd be better off with shell corn, I'd guess. You can also soak and ferment the ear corn, but it's a lot of work. | |
