EC Nebraska
June 14, 2022. Where I'm at in eastern Nebraska that was the last time I've had more than an inch of rain in a single day. It's hard to believe that it's almost been a year since the last decent rain around here, which was unfortunately accompanied by the worst hailstorm of my lifetime. I would never have thought it would be possible for it to be almost June and the biggest rain this year has been .40. I'm sitting at.25 for the month of May, so please tell me how eastern Nebraska is not in a 30s type drought and that El Nina is going to save the day. For the first time I actually believe dryland corn here could be a gooseegg.
