What an incredibly brave and inspiring story! WOW!  Makes me feel like the rest of us have no room at all to complain.....whatsoever!  I admire your drive and your dedication to what you really want out of life. They laid the base on which you built, and they're the ones most proud of how you've managed this horrendous challenge.  And......I've gotta say....I love the dark humor aspect of your recovery. Many times we're in situations where, if we don't laugh we're gonna cry, and laughing is way more fun and better for ya. Hang onto that sick sense of humor. It's already gotten you very far, it'll get you farther.
