How do they factor in the wheat that will not be harvested? 0's or don't count it?
Seems it’s don’t count. Listen to a interview with a tour participant on the red river farm network podcast and he mentioned they where having trouble finding a field they didn’t think would be abandoned and then would drive until they found a harvest candidate and do a yield estimate. I’ll post a link if I can.
