Maybe it's a different Richards?

I wouldn't be too hard on the person, my name is Kurt but I get mail and more addressed to Curt, Kirk, Kirt and when I sold racing parts one warehouse used to say, " okay, we'll get that out to Bill's Garage." 

I never could figure out that one.
