New Castle, PA | Here is what we have. Have 4 of these. They are not wiese. They are either Adams or Osmundson, we do not sell their products so I have no reference material to go by. The holes are similar to what you mentioned. The 2 holes center to center are 10.5" on the straight -- 11" on the inside curve. Top hole is 1-3/8" to middle of hole from rear of shin. Bottom hole is 2-3/8" to center of hole from rear of shin. Bottom hole is 1" from bottom of shin to center of hole. Couple pictures attached with numbers. They are some other manufacturer so we have no reference but they say Case on back. | |
