Subject: Feeding DDG to freezer beef calves


Conger, MN		The question regarding garlic altering the flavor of beef got me thinking about other things that can alter the flavor.

One that I've heard several times is that feeding DDG to calves within a couple of months from slaughter date can alter the flavor.

Has anyone else heard that? Or seen any studies to support that?
