Scenario:
We, Americans, bot drill in Canada.
Hired Canadian trucking firm to deliver it.
Tire trouble, we're responsible.
Tire company is trusting enough to charge to us.
But bill has GST and PST (never heard of that one)
Can these charges be erased or refunded ?
