Its an older guy that volunteers to have the dogs and cats outside at his place by Eagle Grove. They are just in runs outside with dog houses. The question is basically do you want a dog? Then you go look at them and as long as you aren't a meth head you pick out a dog and make a freewill donation of whatever works for you. I have some sway and can bring a dog to a park or foster one so its a calmer setting and better chance to meet them. If you want a cat he will try and get you to take two. |
