How far do you need to pump it, and how far down is the water level from ground level in the pond you want to use? Just up from fish pond into your haul tank in truck or trailer it sounds like?

2 inch honda gas pump will fill a tote in 5 mins, doesn't need to be a full on trash pump, just a transfer pump. Just have something on the end of the inlet to filter big debris, or fasten it to a board so it floats in good water to draw from. What would be even better is run the outlet pipe right to the cattles tub if you could and it's not too much climb. Hauling water sucks. Running a pump daily is bad enough.
