Sw. Ill | My 6 row planter broke a down pressure spring and it went unnoticed during planting. That one spring was enough to cause that row not to germinate. It must of happened after I did the headlands because they are fine, but the interior of the field has a skip throughout the whole field. This field is 45 acres and maybe 8 acres are headlands so let's say 37 acres have this skip where only 5 rows were planted out of 6. Corn is 5" tall now and I am weighing my options. What would you do? It's Agrigold 6572 planted at 32k population. Leave it? Find a one row planter? Any guesses on yield hit? Thanks!
