nc ks | We have so little prospect in bushels to harvest that I haven't attempted to market. Last year I sold 25% of our 22 wheat 6 months before harvest for $8 and it ended up being 100% of our harvest. This year I just figure I'll stick whatever I get in a bin. If I don't get $12 for it, I might never plant hrw again. It is just a rotation crop anyway. Never makes good money. A good dc season just makes it palitable and we had a horrible dc season last year on the beans. DC corn actually did quite well as it is the silage the cow herd is living off of at the moment until the grass wakes up.
Hope you get more rain and hope I get more tonight. That 1.2 lifesaver a week ago that was supposed to be followed by rain every day is getting dry again. Stuck another long 1/4 of beans in yesterday out of boredom really. Actually have plenty of projects going on but have plenty of early beans in but hate to not run when conditions are nice.
