The chart is fine for the first 24 rows but I question its validity for more than 24 rows as the chart shows that pins 27 & 28 are used for power & ground as I remember. Yet the chart seems to show that those pins are used for the signal for rows 27 & 28. Those pins cannot do both. No problem for me since I only have 24 rows.
