| That’s kind of the point I’m making. We know there are more of them than us so they have the power to out vote us. By the same token by their massive population those centres are also where the most pollution comes from. Neither side wants to take the blame. Just because having the numbers to redirect and focus the blame to the lower population areas does not change the reality that the majority of the pollution comes from the higher population areas. Just because the majority have the power to blame the minority does not make it the truth.
